This is a miniature version of the giant 18m sculpture installed in Bangko in May 2025, in Sanam Luang. The work features his favorite character, the famous “Companion” figurine, a recurring figure in his work, and immediately recognizable with his crossed eyes and white gloves. Sitting on the planet Earth, the giant Companion holds the moon in his arms, in a posture that evokes protection, meditation, and transmission. On his knees rests a miniature version of himself, probably his child, in an almost childlike listening position.

This staging, both tender and metaphysical, evokes the intergenerational relationship and the emotional and spiritual legacy that we leave behind us.
